If you're familiar with Warhammer 40k, it has a point-based system, which helps avoid the issue of "Oh we're banning Dragon Ravine because Dragon Rulers are too strong." Which while correct, also makes the fair decks that used Ravine get absolutely dumpstered.

GRRR-EATINGS EVERYONE!!! Today is your irregularly timed... time where I yell into the void to gush about something. This time around it's Yugioh's new Genesys format! It puts more emphasis on deckbuilding and seems poised to solve the issue of giving decks that arent quite meta a home.
