In Lotería shows at Cactus Gallery in LA, artists do their own takes on the traditional playing cards. In this one I did, El Camarón (the shrimp) the dicho translates to "The sleeping shrimp is carried away by the current"; basically meaning"You snooze, you lose". Words to live by.
