Won the trophy in every uniform he's put on. It's time for Poch to do the right thing and bring him as the 23rd man in 26 so he can carry the FIFA World Cup trophy into the sunset.

05.10.2025 19:11 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0SEA: Best, Ragen (+2.6). Worst, Ferreira (-1.2)
Seattle's squad is solid all the way through and if the Leagues Cup champs weren't showing signs of running low on gas, you wouldn't be crazy to pick them to make an MLS Cup run this year too.
SEA: Best, Ragen (+2.6). Worst, Ferreira (-1.2)

(Sorry for the miss!)
VAN: Best, Lasorda (2.4), Worst, Baswal (-1.4)
Vancouver has 7(!) players with a G+ over 1 and that doesnt account for Muller or Gauld. A true total team and if healthy could take down anyone. Sorenson is my easy Coach of the Year. Somebody buy this team and keep them in Vancouver!!
TOR: Best, Mihailovic (+1.6). Worst, Kerry (-1.6).
Another rebuild project with some awful contracts finally off the books. But this squad is worse than you think, as a career year by Sean Johnson has saved a lot of blushes.
STL: Best, Belcher (+2.3). Worst, Orozco (-1.0).
Another restart squad with a new CSO but theres likely at least some good parts to keep here for 2026. Thr squad has a better floor than the other teams missing the playoffs but a low ceiling as well.
SKC: Best, Miller (+1.3). Worst, Jovelic (-4.6).
Jovelic's G+ number is likely to end as the lowest ever, though not really his fault. A new CSO has the ability to completely turnover this squad with a new coach, so Best to leave this season behind altogether.
SJ: Best, Espinoza (+2.3). Worst, Romney (-0.5).
In theory, the G+ model really likes the Quakes .. even their defenders are ranked as league average. But some of this doesnt pass the eye test. Still that being said, huge improvement from last year.
SD: Best, Lozano (+3.3). Worst, de la Torre (-1.6)
Though we've heard more this year about Dreyer, especially with his counting stats, Lozano mightve had the quietest, high profile DP productive season ever. They may be kicking themselves over Iloski, though.
POR: Best, Velde (+1.3). Worst, Kelsey (-2.2).
Likely to make the playoffs but boy are they bad. Velde is the only player over +1 G+ and has barely played.
RSL: Best, Glad (+2.0). Worst, Piol (-2.2).
Not much to like here. Even moonboy's numbers are down with a negative G+.
PHI: Best, Damian (+2.6). Worst, Vassilev (-1.0)
The Supporters Shield winners do it through team effort and scheme vs individual stars. Iloski might end up being the steal that pays off years to come.
ORL: Best, Freeman (+5.3). Worst, Thorhallsson (-0.9)
Alex Freeman breakthrough year with both club and country and its tough to think that Orlando won't be fielding near 8 figure transfer offers for him. Orlando also has barely any weak links and is a real dark horse in the playoffs.
RBNY: Best, Eile (+3.7). Worst, Carmona & Sofo (-2.5)
Eile is the best ranked CB in MLS and if Malanda went for $8m, he should fetch for that much. Its poetic that Sofo, Carmona tied as worst. They were both 10 worst G+ all season and is symbolic of RBNY's first playoff failure since moving to RBA.
NYC: Best, Martinez (+2.8). Worst, Moralez (-2.9)
Years after missing on young signings, NYC have a ton of interesting pieces. They probably want to resign Haak to a good number and finally retire Maxi's number in their new stadium.
NSH: Best, Surridge (+6.1). Worst, Tagseth (-2.5)
Surridge came through this year in a big way and Tennessee's first ever pro trophy came as a result of it. Well deserved but not sure if this is a squad that can make a ton of noise in the playoffs.
NE: Best, Gil (+2.8). Worst, Yusuf (-2.0)
Death, taxes, Gil. The good news for Revs fans is that he's as good as ever. The bad news is that Beason has the second highest G+ this year for them.
MTL: Best, Owusu (+3.3). Worst, Loturi (-2.6)
In yet another rebuild year, its exciting to see Owusu blossom into a real player. Add in Sealy, and Jaime looks interesting. I'm a Craig believer. But any turnaround also means MTL ownership not selling players at first buy offers .. so we'll see.
MIN: Best, Markanich (+3.2), Worst, Gressel (-1.3)
Most interesting 26 Free Agent story is Markanich. Career year, absolute fit for the MIN set piece system. What do you pay him? He likely cant recreate this with another team but you don't want to lose a player fit like this (see Iloski, SD)
MIA: Best, Messi (+13.2). Worst, Segovia (-1.6)
That's an insane G+ number. It's basically two MVPs in one player. Hes the GOAT for a reason, and is why Im still picking then to win MLS Cup this year. The Segovia number is weird to me, as I think he's fairly good.
LAG: Best, Pec (+4.2). Worst, Nasciemento (-1.6).
Its a pretty good sign that your DPs are still showing positive players despite losing the center of your attack in Puig. The Galaxy will be fine next year if they can get more young, cheap defenders.
LAFC: Best, Bouanga (+7.2), Worst, Order (-2.0)
Bouanga is having an MVP season if only the greatest player in the history of the game wasn't playing at the same time. Son is +1.6 in only 700ish minutes. They're scaaary.
HOU: Best, Felipe (+1.6), Worst, Bassi (-2.7)
Its not good when your best player is a FB and your worst should be a talisman attacker. Worse yet, DP's Ponce (-1.9) and Lingr (-1.6) have been negatives. Big yikes.
FCD: Best, Musa (+2.5). Worst, Ramiro (-1.0)
G+ isnt everything. Lucho was their second best player by the metric, but it wasn't until he left that FCD went into a long positive run that might end up with an unlikely playoff appearance.
DC: Best, Benteke (+2.8), Worst, Servania (-2.2)
Has there been a more productive player on absolutely terrible teams in MLS history than Benteke? Unlike the Colorado roster, there isnt much to like on DC's.
COL: Best, Navarro (+3.4), Worst, Cannon (-1.5)
Navarro has been very capable as a Striker and in fact, Colorado has a ton of young, positive players in their roster. It makes you wonder if they could use an adjustment in tactics to really make it sing.
CLT: Best, Malanda (+2.6), Worst, Williamson (-1.8)
The $8m man will leave MLS with a banner year at CB and a huge reason for Charlotte's epic run in the second half of the season. Williamson, unfortunately, hasn't been the same player post injury and is a free agent after the year.
But G+ dings Evander for dropping deep, and depending on Evander to both progress and finishing plays.
CLB: Best, Zawadski (+3.1), Worst, Nagbe (-2.2)
Zawadski's rating is likely inflated as he's listed as a CB but played a lot of CM. Nagbe is certainly at the tail end of his Hall of Fame career.
Gutierrez has had a breakout season for Chicago, and if you haven't watched him this year, take a look. He's thriving under Berhalter.
CIN: Best, Evander (+4.0). Worst, Anunga (-1.6)
Evander is the least surprising best player for his squad but it might be surprising that his number isnt higher.
ATX: Best, Biro (+1.6), Worst, Svatok (-2.9)
Svatok is the worst ranked CB in G+ database this year. Biro's positives come from receiving the ball in advanced positions.
CHI: Best, Gutierrez (+4.1). Worst, Pineda (-2.1).
