This is another reminder why gender policing is painfully ridiculous. You cannot “verify” a stranger’s gender (or genitals) without a gross invasion of their privacy.

If you don't think the political and media establishment is cryptofascist at best (when it's not outright fash), you just need to look at the way it's *still* going after Sturgeon just for holding the SNP and Scottish politics in general to a moderately progressive liberalism as baseline.

I'm so sick of hearing about Sandie Peggie. The woman is a disgusting bigot. The worst of humanity. Clearly devoid of all empathy for others. She made obscene racist, Islamphobic and transphobia comments. Yet, she is who we are asked to believe had her patients best interest and welfare at heart!

Israel needs to be stopped. They have squeezed the remaining population into 12% of Gaza. They are murdering starving people queuing for food with white flags. They are sending in armoured demolition companies to destroy every single building in Gaza. They have murdered every highly qualified doctor/surgeon to prevent them treating victims - mostly kids. This is the most clearly planned GENOCIDE imaginable. And the Zionists will say "prove it" - and the whole world can see it even though they've murdered every journalist in Gaza and banned any more from entering.

Don't let them take away our rights behind closed doors The EHRC's proposed Code of Practice would devastate trans+ lives and put everybody at risk. This trans bathroom ban is set to become law with no debate, no scrutiny and no vote in Parliament. We have to act now.

The EHRC – the body which is meant to protect our human rights – is proposing guidance which would turn the Equality Act into a bathroom ban. If this becomes law, it would force trans people out of public life.
