Make sure you anchor your arms either on your thighs or splash pan. Keep your hands touching as best you can, shouldn't be to hard with the little amount of clay. Keep your inside finger above your outside fingers and move straight up evenly. Think of yourself as a needle and the clay is the record.

Set your wheel speed and take your foot off the peddle to limit variying wheel speed. Breathe and don't be afraid to take it further. 🤘🏾
