It's crime. I simply don't understand why these people are being allowed to develop technology to enable crime? If they were developing tech for emptying bank accounts, they'd be put away?

Both these points, Donal and Susan, were what I was thinking. The exclusion is real. And it's frustrating when even people who have studied arch reach for an article they *could* read/process... except its paywalled. So we can't access the research to disseminate it to those who can't access it.
