As someone who grew up in "blue" city (DECADES ago) with an R-controlled State House, I VERY MUCH REMEMBER how they talked down about our city and did EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to avoid funding ANYTHING or sending ANY help. But TAKE AWAY something helpful? YEAH, they were ALL about THAT.

"WE" won't get any of it though. Just the STATE.

Because it's not about ACTUALLY prosecuting.

It's about SPREADING F E A R. It's about making others who are thinking about getting involved be too AFRAID to do so.

It's about SILENCING detractors by making them worry about being jailed or KILLED or having their financial life destroyed in court.

She did what she was SELECTED to do.
