Gas price hikes & shortages “fuel” controversy, especially when they’re “driven” by an illegal war. But let’s not forget one of the most important discussions that should flow from such hikes — how they spotlight the difference between places with mobility choices, and places that are car-dependent.

Killing people is entertainment to the sociopaths in the White House. Decency demands that we resist this.

This war could more likely lead to regime change in the US than Iran.

This is all true and infuriating. But eras of impunity are often followed by waves of accountability, sometimes quite severe. There are some dominos falling in people close to Epstein like Larry Summers. I think if the Dems win back power, from antitrust to mass prosecutions, a recoking is coming.

Since this will likely come up in the SOTU: Yes, US stock markets are up since Trump took office (14%).
But in the rest of the world, markets are up WAY more. Cumulative market gains are more than triple ours (43%)

The acting director of ICE told Congress, under oath, that local law enforcement in Colorado leaked raid plans, allowing gang members to escape.

After 9NEWS questioned ICE's claim and its timeline, ICE deleted the claim from its social media platforms.

One thing I think abt a lot: Just imagine how well the economy would be doing if Trump hadn’t spent all of last year trashing the great economy he inherited? Tariffs, huge govt layoffs, slashing research/medical/science spending, torturing US cities with immigration raids. Economy would be humming!
