Suburban Sprawl may seem cheap, but even the costs we CAN count are far too high, and we ALL pay them.

This is all true and infuriating. But eras of impunity are often followed by waves of accountability, sometimes quite severe. There are some dominos falling in people close to Epstein like Larry Summers. I think if the Dems win back power, from antitrust to mass prosecutions, a recoking is coming.

Since this will likely come up in the SOTU: Yes, US stock markets are up since Trump took office (14%).
But in the rest of the world, markets are up WAY more. Cumulative market gains are more than triple ours (43%)
One of the first things we were taught at Quantico was that there is never a moment in which you are not representing the Bureau; but, then again, we earned our place there, and weren’t granted its directorship as a sinecure for partisan malfeasance and a willingness to disregard the constitution.

The acting director of ICE told Congress, under oath, that local law enforcement in Colorado leaked raid plans, allowing gang members to escape.
After 9NEWS questioned ICE's claim and its timeline, ICE deleted the claim from its social media platforms.
One thing I think abt a lot: Just imagine how well the economy would be doing if Trump hadn’t spent all of last year trashing the great economy he inherited? Tariffs, huge govt layoffs, slashing research/medical/science spending, torturing US cities with immigration raids. Economy would be humming!

The morning after mass layoffs, The Washington Post publishes this as their lead editorial. The owner and publisher clearly have no idea why they are losing subscribers. Meanwhile they have destroyed a storied brand.

This NYT piece never mentions the most important detail of the hearing.
THESE PEOPLE ARE UNLAWFULLY being held--and many are unlawfully being snatched in the first place.
The reason there's such a caseload is bc ICE is kidnapping people illegally.
Two days ago, we discovered Trump has engaged in the most corrupt behavior of any president in history—giving secret technology to China's ally in exchange for the Trump family getting half a billion dollars.
And nobody is still talking about it. #Corruption

Of course a big reason why the Post is losing money is because he is bowing to the regime so that he can make even more money.

ICE detained multiple kids (all under the age of 10!) in the last week alone. Still kidnapping people based solely on the way they look. Still arresting parents at school pick up.
Nothing has changed in Minnesota. Nice words from the Admin won’t change that. ICE leaving will.
““We are a welcoming community, not a detention zone,” Garcia said. “ICE’s current operations do not reflect Dallas County’s values. We believe in keeping families together, protecting due process and investing in people, not in cages and mass incarceration.””
03.02.2026 16:20 — 👍 12 🔁 5 💬 0 📌 0Press statement From Islip Forward: At approximately 9:30 a.m. this morning, federal agents were documented using infrastructure located on the property of the Central Islip Fire Department Station 2, at 110 Wheeler Road-without prior authorization to be on or use that space. When a volunteer with Islip Forward approached to document the activity, federal agents threatened the volunteer with arrest for alleged trespassing, despite the agents themselves operating in an area where no prior permission had been granted. Immediately following this interaction, the Central Islip Fire Department took swift action to protect its property and the public. Temporary restrictions were implemented, including closing the gate to the area being used and preventing external access. The use of municipal fire department property for federal enforcement activity—without authorization-and the subsequent threat directed at a community volunteer raise serious concerns about transparency, overreach, and respect for local institutions. We are deeply grateful to the volunteer firefighters of the Central Islip Fire Department for their decisive and responsible response.
ICE was stealing equipment from the Islip Long Island fire department and a Islip Forward member documented it. ICE tried to arrest the community member but the firemen said “I don’t think so” www.islipforward.org
