1) Who are these "ICE agents"?
2) What is their law enforcement background?
3) Are they, in effect, bounty hunters? Do they receive a bonus for every arrest?
4) Why are they masked?
5) Who told them to wear masks?
6) Have they been encouraged to be violent? If so, by whom?

And what are their evacuation plans in case of hurricane? The flooding could be horrific for people caged out in the middle of nowhere. Are they just going to leave them to drown?

WTF?!? Border Czar Tom Homan claimed that ICE and Border Patrol agents don’t need probable cause to detain people they suspect are undocumented, saying they can do so based on factors like physical appearance. This is straight-up racial profiling, not law enforcement.
