there are certain youtube channels i watch that i would categorize as drawing background noise for me so i put them aside for when i'm drawing and then i don't draw so i forget about them and just click on the distracting visual videos instead lmao

the flavor is perfectly subtle. not aggressively sour or acidic tasting. the texture only sucks if it's out of season or not local in your area. i've had decently cronchy ones before

look at the facts. gather as many facts as you can. try to remember moments in the past where you predicted disaster and it just straight up didn't happen. and if it did, you dealt with it. i know because you're reading this right now.

i just want to give some advice for those who might also recognize it: focus on the current state of things. don't try to predict the future. no one can do that. even if we could, anticipatory grief doesn't make it hurt less in the end. i know; i have experience with that too.

even when i briefly pop in i see posts that are just textbook catastrophizing. i recognize it all too well, it's a habit i've spent years trying to unlearn. you hear some bad news or you notice something 'off' and you twist it into an imaginary worst-case scenario.

i am ok. i think i still need a while before i can make a comeback but i'll try to draw a little in the meantime.
social media is dangerous for people who suffer from anxiety. i'm realizing it more and more as i spend time away from it.
