From what i remember those hard visors are made out of PPE and foil doesnt want to stick to it at all... my MSA visor had same issues on the edges.. but tbh.. wow.. front piece looks amazing 💕

We tried TLV320 but VCC for this one is tricky.. also lack of documentation...
We tried ES8374 but working with it was a nightmare. looking at it will make whole IC crash and require power reboot.
Now NAU88C22. loot of documentation.. code.. aplication notes.

i modded 15$ headphones from aliexpress..
disassembled them, swapped leds for programmable leds..and added RP2040.. currently they just look like headphones. you can easily DIY it

Im worried about look, this part MUST look great and smooth
sanding a little and adding coat of black matt paint sounds ok but print still have to be optymalised so there are no layer "holes"
Resin printer would be perfect but its messy.. and fragile
(FDM printed part and spraypainted. not smooth)

i will have to make test print of this part.. even with 0.08mm layer height... maybe irl it gonna look diffrent but i dont like those layer steps (FDM moment)
But 45* rotation looks promising...
