The main thing that triggers my asthma is bad air quality which is a result of pollution, extreme heat, wildfires, etc. These things are much bigger issues, and I would not need my inhaler as often if they were properly resolved 🤷

I fucking hate when people pull this individual responsibility shit instead of addressing systemic issues and large scale capitalist waste. If rescue inhalers (which literally save lives) are that much of an issue, it’s not up to the users to find a better way.
