Yeah you can use the bottle version. Just get a basin of warm water and put about a whole lemon worth into the water. Pour over you head a few times after washing out the conditioner.

Have you tried rinsing your hair in lemon juice and warm water after washing

It’s normal but washing your hair everyday is stripping it if essential oils, I know that sounds counter productive but try use a dry shampoo in between washes
