Golly, could Portnoy be any more of a jerk? So many of us would kill to be in his shoes, not “close our eyes and just get through it”.

The temperament Townsend talks about is also why Pato will always be a “fan fave” and Palou won’t. Fans have emotions. But ones. It’s hard to fall in love with a guy who is so even keeled.
