I wish businesses would have to post their political affiliations so we could vote with our dollars

If you voted for this, then THIS is what you voted for. We’re all on the sinking ship together now. Partisanship has cost us OUR AMERICA! It seems inevitable that there will soon be blood on OUR hands.

We will never again know or live in a country as amazing as our country WAS. Theres no going back now.

What happens if it goes that far?

The next moves by the government and the People will define the future.

Will they justify a heavy response as quelling an insurrection? Will they simply arrest or use deadly force?

Will opposition remain grass roots or a resistance leader emerge? If a resistance leader emerges will the government compromise or will it demand civil war?

When faced with push back will the leadership compromise or continue to provoke and stand firm in their resolve?

What happens when leadership anticipates backlash and plans for severe crackdowns? Will they seed the crowd with bad individuals to incite violence as they claimed on Jan 6?

What happens when a government isolates itself from the world, demonizes half its population, assumes control of the media, dismantles key agencies, and expands domestic surveillance?

What happens when protests are inevitable and the leadership is hoping and counting on it?
