She will discuss about how RNA, through its ability to interact with transcription factors, plays a critical role in facilitating fast and dynamic transcriptional responses, particularly at weak binding sites.

In collaboration with Dr. Rakesh Singh (ICAR-NBPGR), BRIC-CDFD scientist Dr. Ajay Kumar Mahato, designed and developed first-of-its-kind high-density SNP array for grain amaranth, enabling precise genetic characterization and accelerated breeding programs.

Our PhD student will be travelling to Spain to attend the 28th EDRC.
