Pretty sure I nailed the intent:

A flesh figure with fingers for legs and a single arm is holding a whip; from a hole at the top emerges a blobby mass terminating in an eye. It is standing on a little blue guy with an open mouth revealing three teeth. They are both on a tan, one-eyed quadruped with a single nostril that is smoking a cigar. Behind all this is the front and back of a fish; the middle is missing.

That's an unfortunate typo.

An anthropomorphic number one wearing blue checked Vans slip-ons and a blue foam "number one" finger is looking at and pointing to its friend, an anthropomorphic small caliber bullet wearing red Converse All Stars and yellow tinted shooting glasses who is pointing back with both fingers.

A ripe, red, anthropomorphic, skull-faced jalapeno pepper. It is holding out its arms limply and its legs are dangling. There is a shadow below, indicating it is hovering or floating.

An orange bipedal creature walking on a green snake-like creature. The orange figure has a really wide, crocodile-toothed mouth, extending well past the bounds of the body. On top of each end of the mouth is a bulb with an eyeball in it. The top of the figure looks like an empty sweatshirt. The arms are raised up and bent at the elbow, terminating in fists. The snake is wavy. It has an open mouth and its tongue is protruding outward.

My watch wasn't detecting "standing" consistently. This was the suggestion:

"Perform different movements: If you're at a standing desk, try doing exercises like arm raises, jumping jacks, or CAPOEIRA to get the watch to recognize your movement."
