It’s a variety called Glass Gem! Not good for eating like sweetcorn but you can mill it into cornmeal. I’m just drying mine for decorative purposes though!

Mine are at various stages but none looking particularly plump. I think you can pierce a kernel with your fingernail and if the juice comes out milky you’re good to go! If it’s clear it needs more time.
