I just saw an IG reel now about narcissists getting Alzheimer's. And it makes a lot of sense since my father has one of the worst cases of narcissism. Lumabas ang Alzheimer's niya noong tumanda siya.

I just find it funny na napalibutan ako ng narcissists. Buti I'm still surviving.

I know I should be angry at a narcissist who took advantage of me. Pero sabi nga ng mga tao na it's really pointless to fight back kasi that person will never admit the wrongdoing. The best solution is to just ignore and not ignite the fuel na bumubuhay sa kanila.

Sino ang hindi nag-review sa technical interview at nagkasabit-sabit. Hahahaha.

May pending na isang ano. Pero nag-iikot pa.

Healing mode na when I checked her message last year and I have managed to take a peak without getting emotional.

This might be the loneliest Christmas and yet, the silence soothes the mind and the body. Taking care of one's mental health, and setting boundaries on the side, feels like a double-edged sword though the benefits outweigh the other. Better planning for next year please.

'yung talon ng worst experience of my life sa 1st quarter ng taon to healing/recuperating stage sa last. Even at this age, I'm telling myself na you can still start from somewhere. Just don't be clouded by any unnecessary stuff and prioritize yourself (and the kids) from hereon.

The moment you experience that betrayal, discard, or abandonment by a narcissist or avoidant, an unexplainable sense of embarrassment or shame is triggered inside your head, affecting your entire body. It's a horrible experience.

May bonus dapat sa universe ng mga good karma gods ang mga single parents.

So, how do you explain an experience wherein you felt the relationship was real and it was just a different form, different identity, or fantasy created by the other party?

I swear, please heal yourself, heal your broken inner child first before messing the life of another person.
