Drew Mr. 13 from One Piece but as a dewott instead! The double shell weapon that Mr. 13 uses made me think of the idea.

Enjoying My Hero Academia during my current attempt to catch up on it now since the show is in its final season. Wont be too bad to catch up on though compared to me having played catch up on the entirety of One Piece in the last year (and succeeded at that)

Metro Gamecentral is a place whose reviews should never ever be taken seriously, they give their reviews to people who dont even like the series they have them reviewing. They did this same thing with Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment where they gave it to someone who REALLY hates Warriors games.
