I've personally never experienced that but they often also lock foreigners out from ticket lotteries by requiring a Japanese mobile number. Which is impossible to get around in most cases 😔 I understand why though. Luckily ticket sales for tourists are slowly becoming more common 🙏

It feels like a more recent change though as I only noticed these 403s this week on websites I've visited before. These websites are purely information websites or such and wouldn't have adult content. Such as Chiikawa Info. 🫩 They have put a blanket block on all traffic from outside Japan 😭

You'd think so right. But this seems to be a more recent thing though as I never experienced these 403s before. The websites aren't anything which would have age verification such as the official Chiikawa Info website 😅 Also I'm usually not accessing the internet from the UK 😌

Seems like a lot of random Japanese websites will now display a 403 page when accessed outside of Japan. Is anyone else finding this?

Kind of crazy that AmiAmi won't ship the Spiritale Miku to Europe. Is it just because it's too big? AmiAmi have sent me orders in boxes I can fit in so I doubt that is the problem?

Are there any tech companies that don't use AI? I like my job but I equally don't like having AI shoved down my throat constantly.

I think I had it for the first time in Nagoya too! A place called Bucyo coffee, they also do Kinako butter and you can get toast which has both on. It's so good 🤤
