I feel like I'm spiraling down a rabbit hole due to my current fixation on the bizarreness of everyday life, and I need an outlet where I can (kinda) quietly express my thoughts of stun, incredulousness, heartbreak, frustration, anger and disagreement

What would Oz and RFKJr say to someone unknowingly born with an extremely rare and difficult genetic disease which has no treatment or cure, even if one has been healthy otherwise?

What is that person's patriotic duty if they won't even live to collect SS that they've paid into their whole life?

Executive Orders need to be made illegal. Or capped at a certain amount. Or SOMETHING.

This is so completely inappropriate on so many levels, regardless of which side of the aisle one is on. And, Democrats have not been innocent in the land of EOs.

But this HAS to be stopped.

Cool. Because we've already seen how well the last FOX News host appointed by this administration has worked out.

I suppose Pirro has a law degree and license to practice, but who even knows with this admin?

This entire presidency is a disgrace and a joke.

2/2 Mazda is not closing an entire production plant, they are suspending production of one single model made specifically for retail sales inside Canada. According to the article and the company, production inside the factory will be redistributed and this change will not impact overall yield.

1/2 I agree with your overall sentiment and frustrations; however, you are greatly sensationalizing the content of this article in your post.

And this sort of constant over-embellishment of the truth is what turns people off from the "truth" in the first place. You harm your own integrity

Interesting read, thank you for the non-paywall content.

The human race has seen virtually limitless "World's Richest Men," most of whom are unrecognizable to general history. Looking forward to Elon's descent into obscurity, too.

I would counter that FOX corporation creating a broadcast channel called "FOX News" already tried establishing "that network as a news network"

I'm not arguing your points. Yet, even by any other name a rose is a rose, DJT is DJT and FOX News is, well, FOX News

Blaming others else is no solution

I mean, I don't disagree with your overall intentions, but the name of the broadcast company is literally "FOX News."

I may be speaking out of place, but I don't think mentioning the select network, FOX News, is giving them credibility. I would wager most people are aware of what FOX News is.

I've been suspecting this for some time now - that he is there to be a name, a face, a rallying cry, the "final decision maker" and golf.

Trump is not ruling. He is using the presidency to vastly increase his personal wealth while he golfs at our expense to a tune of about $4m/outing

It's very alarming when, at this particular point in time, Donald Trump is so overtly celebrating what *he decides* are "PHENOMENAL GENES" while simultaneously compiling lists of Jewish, Autistic, Immigrant and Trans peoples.

Much more alarming than "meddling" in the NFL Draft.

I hate this. No accountability, either.

Perhaps Musk should personally subsidize all of the programs he slashed for failing to make any budgetary impact

$50 for a hat that is made in China before tariffs impact it?! ๐Ÿ˜ณ

He was going to give them away for free to "Gold Card" immigrants until he decided to slap tariffs on China and the rest of the world and realized he could no longer afford it.

This guy is such a sensationalist douchebag.

No judge is telling Trump he can't deport. Several high ranking judges, including SCOTUS, HAVE told Trump if he wants to deport, he must do it legally and as the laws and Constitution require.

If you've been financially struggling this past year and still struggle now amidst a cloudy economic road ahead, take comfort in the fact that the top 19 wealthiest families only grew their wealth by a combined $1T last year. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Guess I am doing something wrong; they, right. Me, dumb; they, smart.

The oil industry buys off Congress. No action on climate.

The NRA buys off Congress. No action on guns.

Insurance companies buy off Congress. No action on health care.

The list goes on and on.

Money in politics is the root of our dysfunction.

It was so good! I've only really seen some headlines so far, but it's some of the best I've read lately. Vance was not only snubbed (after recently converting to Catholicism, as I understand it) by the person he went to see but then given a sermon-of-sorts by a cardinal about compassion ๐Ÿ˜…

I'm moving soon and have been going through things to keep or get rid of. I found an old T-shirt in one of my drawers that I bought when I traveled to Guatemala in 2006 and had the same thoughts!

Realized my T-shirt is old enough to buy cigarettes, watch porn and play the lottery ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Asshole, the guy is literally on his way to El Salvador TODAY. @booker.senate.gov's comments about Shapiro were not unprovoked or in a vacuum. Right-media has TODAY been discussing the fire saying Democrats are to blame for their rhetoric.

If Abrego Garcia was a "top MS-13 member" in 2019 based on court information submitted by an uncredible source in 2019, why didn't Donald Trump take action in 2019? Or 2020?

These assholes believe if they yell angrily and forcefully for long enough, lies will somehow become truth

Lawsuit alleged traffic stops, dismissed cases used as criteria to revoke student visas

It's technically just an allegation at this point; although, there is nothing absurd that can be discounted from this current admin and gov't, but still...

This is outrageous and complete bullshit.

Think Thomas Jefferson ever said, "Was gonna invite you in until that parking ticket?"

A whistleblower's disclosure details how DOGE may have taken sensitive labor data A whistleblower tells Congress and NPR that DOGE may have taken sensitive labor data and hid its tracks. "None of that ... information should ever leave the agency," said a former NLRB official.

"Within minutes after DOGE accessed the NLRB's systems, someone with an IP address in Russia started trying to log in. The attempts were 'near real-time'...

"Whoever was attempting to log in was using one of the newly created DOGE accounts..."
