This. They deny almost all claims the first time unless they're "expected." That's how they weed out people who can dedicate their lives to getting one bill paid vs those who have jobs, kids, other responsibilities...

Take it from someone whose wife worked for years as an accounting manager at a hospital - 'death panels' have existed for many decades. But for some reason we call them 'insurance companies.'

Isn't it time to admit that this is completely unsustainable? No matter what you call it, we need an option that gets rid of these big companies. Obamacare came too late for me, but these premiums make it unusable for others.

It's not about legality; it's about whether the government can be *compelled* to use other pools of money that they're *allowed* to transfer from.
