Big news. Just remembered we have ice cream

When I get actually inspired to draw I will just sit there for hours on end, locked in. I won't even eat. It's a bit of a problem, lol. But as a result I can cram a lot of progress into my personal work on the weekends. Only downside is that by the time the work week starts again I'm exhausted.

Y'all, I think I cooked.. Tried some new techniques and it looks super cool imo. Will post tomorrow

For some reason, it's difficult for me to keep my art loose and simple. I have a tendency to polish things up too much even when I'm initially intending to keep things loose. I really wanna get better at just banging out a simple sketchy piece for myself without feeling the need to make it perfect

Whereas here, engagement is generally lower, in line with a lower follower count and userbase, but usually much more consistent. Posts which may completely tank on Xitter may do relatively fine here. Quality of the engagements are also higher with typically more replies.

Just a little observation about engagement with my art on here vs on Xitter.
On Xitter, engagement is really fickle despite having 22k followers - some posts fly completely under the radar while others will skyrocket. Could be due to many things, hard to really tell.
