Many of them will die bc they aren't able to get care. This is how it was before the ACA, and it will be even worse in 2026.
The main reason people get health insurance through exchanges is because they are either out of work or don't get it through the job they do have.
99.9% of people who are out of work or in jobs that don't offer health insurance don't have an extra $30k/year to spend on health insurance.
