I was there, and those shows are still some of my absolute favorite Billy shows. That was just a magical summer tour all the way around.

It can be incredibly difficult. I am so sorry. I'm still learning how to give my wounded child inside permission to not get so caught up in those thought cycles once I realize I'm doing it. Coming back to the breath, and movement, ease me back towards regulation, when I actually do those things.
