Always good to get 3 points vs. a Hertfordshire team.

Pretty much all the wrong players in all the wrong positions.

No defensive full backs, out of form central defenders, no creative midfielders and no attacking presence really leaves us exposed and needing to start again.

The fact we've managed to get a few wins highlights how poor this league is.

Sure, this is his dream, but what are the odds of him lasting the season?! Location, family and a big pay packet also help... just feels like the right club wrong time. Started to see some cracks appearing at Boro and he wasn't exactly welcomed despite the start...

Its a real mixed bag of emotions isn't it! I do wonder if a different manager would have persuaded more players to stay this season, but most didnt exactly turn up for the majority of either Managers' reigns. I still don't think I'm over that West Brom capitulation, especially seeing SWFC draw today

It's totally the wrong time to be risking such things. We have tried the young, up and coming, with potential types. It's let us down. The only thing in Jack's favour is his links to higher leagues, but look at Rooney and others. Good players don't always make good managers.

This cannot be what the board are seriously considering?! A 33yr old who has managed 2 games?! Are we deliberately trying to make the worst decisions? Is this like Brewster's millions but with football leagues?!

Hopefully nothing like the next LTFC manager interviews?

Has a club ever scrapped and replaced their kits mid way through a season? Need some sort of exorcism performed on everything football related at LTFC over the last 18 months!

Well they are League leaders.... sigh...lost to the top 4 now! Shows that much more than money and some desperate recruitment is needed to build a strong team with a winning mentality. We have constantly diluted every position over the last year and have no galvanising spirit.

We have not shown enough steel or ruthlessness. We are settling for League 1 mediocrity in everything we have done under the new management. Yet for Bloomfield, this is his level. It's not enough for this club. I know it takes time to gel and some aren't ready yet, but 3 defeats in 7 is poor.

MB managed to get last seasons team working eventually - but I just cant see any tactical nouse or quality being shown. Looked like strangers out there

Comes the point where the manager has to be responsible for offering less of the same... hoofing it and hoping is not the way!! It looked like we were 2 divisions apart

Any quality we had in the squad continues to get more and more diluted as we seem content to rebuild with league 1 quality. I know forming a new team takes time but hoofing it to Nordas and hoping for 2nd phase balls to fall to our players is really poor. Players are losing confidence too.

I think most Luton fans knew it was lazy journalism to have us as favourites for promotion. 5 games in, pretty abject performances, and 2 defeats highlights that a bounce back to the championship is not happening. More shots but not clinical enough. Very little confidence in Bloomfield right now.

There's only 1 team showing promotion credentials here, and it isn't the ones in Orange. Performance levels keep spiralling lower and lower - can't keep the ball, can't build, can't pass. Got to give credit to Cardiff so far, but hopefully we can weather this storm and start playing...not confident!
