Beavers at Little Sea, Studland
Find out more about the beavers that have been released into Little Sea, Studland, part of the Dorset Heaths National Nature Reserve.
Two pairs of beavers were released into the wild at Little Sea, Studland, in March 2025, under licence from the government. It was the first licence of its kind to be issued in England β all the previous ones have been for beavers in enclosures.
