Ferrand-Prevot’dan önce Paris Roubaix kazanan son Fransız sporcu 1997’de erkeklerde Frederic Guesdon idi. Fransız bisiklet severler uzun süredir bu ikonik yarışı kazanan bir Fransızı görmeyi bekliyorlardı. Bunu başaranın kadın sporcu olması bence çok daha güzel oldu.
