I’ve already run into kids at cons who clearly are from a very different crowd of furries and they’ve generally been really unpleasant to be around.

Gonna start becoming more and more of an issue, new wave furries who think the fandom belongs to them and want things their way.

If you believe kink isn’t inherently tied to the furry community you have clearly not interacted with enough furries.

I won’t go hide myself cause there’s a bunch of insecure 20 year olds who want normies to accept them lmao.

Most of these furries tend to try to throw kinky furries under the bus as a defense mechanism so they feel more “normal” and I’m tired of pretending like they’re not an issue.

Most of them are not even in their mid 20’s and have never interacted with any furries above their age.

My hot take of the year:

I think it’s a huge red flag you’re a furry and the main (or only) social media platforms you use are Instagram or Tiktok.

Repeatedly the IG and Tiktok furries get involved in anti-kink drama cause they are in platforms that are majorly used by normies.
