To Trains
Another special roundel. This one is at the top of the escalators at St John's Wood London Underground station. I love the reflection on the ceiling.

Reflections - Denmark Hill
The weather seems slightly more Spring-like in London, however in the UK we know that there's a puddle just around the corner.
Here's a reflection photo taken at Denmark Hill London Overground station.
Blossoms on a tree outside Moor Park London Underground station
Blossom
It's feeling a lot more like Spring today in London. I'm even going to brave hanging clothes on the washing line for the time this year. Here's a photo taken outside Moor Park London Underground station of the beautiful blossoms on the trees.
It's March 1st Already 😯
It's North Acton month in the Tube Mapper Calendar!
There is a lovely view where you can watch the Overground travelling 'over' the London Underground trains from the end of the platform at North Acton tube station

Angel Edmonton
Just like Islington, Edmonton's Angel takes its name from a former pub, the Angel Tavern which was demolished in 1968.
Interestingly, Edmonton bus station has canopy covers that resemble angel wings with a bus roundel halo on top
Here's Andreya as a bus Angel!
Way out London Underground Roundel
Way Out
There are many unique signs to discover as you explore the London Underground network. I love the 'way out' roundel at the foot of the escalators at St John's Wood tube station.
Reflections at Peckham Rye London Underground station
More puddles. Something about this composition made me smile. Taken at Peckham Rye overground station.

Shadow Man
I love the secret feature at Nine Elms London Underground station that reveals itself during a sunny day.
If you arrive at the perfect moment, the roundel logo is beautifully projected onto the floor. A great place to capture shadows.
Arnos Grove London Underground station
Wet reflections at Arnos Grove London Underground station. My puddle obsession continues, I'm certainly in the right country for it!

END OF THE PLATFORM
If you walk the end of the Bakerloo line platform at Piccadilly Circus you can see the waiting train on the other platform. Here's photos of the view from the end of each platform
Dancer at Westminster station
Kicking us into the Weekend
A quick photo of dancer Viola at Southwark London Underground station. I love looking for reflections in shiny surfaces so couldn't resist this fun composition.
A musician pretending to play the piano at Waterloo station
Playing the Platform Piano
Portrait from my 'favourite stations' project. Here's Charlotte pretending to play the floor tiles which look a bit like piano keys.
It's amazing how many people have never noticed this feature at Waterloo tube station.

Admiring this powerful staircase at King's Cross St Pancras London Underground Station. I love how the lights curve around the corner, leading you deep into the tunnel.

Favourite Stations - Barons Court
Meet Anna Campbell-Jones, an interior designer, TV presenter, and a creative who helped design the interiors of London Underground and Glasgow Subway trains.
Her favourite station is Barons Court.
A dancer with sun on her face dances in the sunshine
I thought I'd share another version of this bright sunny photo to kick us into the weekend.
Taken in the pedestrian tunnel at Poplar Docklands Light Railway Station, dancer Andreya is dancing into the sunshine wearing a roundel dress!
Guinness Tunnel advent in a walkway at Tottenham Court road London Underground station
Guinness Tunnel - Tottenham Court Road
I quite like the dramatic effect of some of the temporary advert wraps that take over a walkway or small area of a station. This black passageway certainly caught my eye and is part of TfL's campaign with Guinness Open Gate Brewery London.
Black and white photo looking down the stairs at Hayes and Harlington
Zigzag - Hayes & Harlington
Quick observation as I headed down the stairs to catch the Elizabeth Line.
Reflections Kensal Green London Underground station
Reflections Kensal Green
I've been enjoying our wet weather recently. My favourite is when we have an all weather day, & go through all the weather types in the space of a few hours.
I especially like when there are plenty of puddles & it's now sunny. This was such a day!
A lady walking down a London underground tunnel at Stonebridge Park
Tunnel Vision
I was exploring Stonebridge Park London Underground station with my friend Sarah, and we came across these lovely tile patterns in the subway platform tunnel.
I couldn't find any information about the design yet, but I'll let you know when I do!

Wapping reflections
Puddle Watch - Wapping
So it officially puddle season in the UK, and I get so excited hunting for leaks especially in stations that are underground.
I couldn't resist capturing this reflection at Wapping London Overground station.
Man matching pattern on train
Tattoo matching pattern on the train
Bag made with moquette pattern
Girl matching pattern
I'm a big fan of the moquette patterns that you can find on London Transport, especially underground trains.
I enjoy discovering clothing, accessories & even detailed tattoos using these iconic designs.
My favourite moquette pattern is probably the Victoria line. What is yours?
Hanwell station
Leaving Hanwell
Photo of an Elizabeth line train leaving Hanwell Station.
A short walk from here is the Wharncliffe Viaduct. The viaduct was built in 1836 and is a picturesque place to view trains zooming on their respective journeys. I'll see if I can find some photos of it!
Colourful Lines
Looking back at when I met up with colour therapist Momtaz whose friend Leah had transformed her duvet cover of the London Underground Map into a dress. Here's a photo of her on the stairs at Covent Garden tube station.
