The weather seems slightly more Spring-like in London, however in the UK we know that there's a puddle just around the corner.

Angel Edmonton

Just like Islington, Edmonton's Angel takes its name from a former pub, the Angel Tavern which was demolished in 1968.

Interestingly, Edmonton bus station has canopy covers that resemble angel wings with a bus roundel halo on top

There are many unique signs to discover as you explore the London Underground network. I love the 'way out' roundel at the foot of the escalators at St John's Wood tube station.

I love the secret feature at Nine Elms London Underground station that reveals itself during a sunny day.

If you arrive at the perfect moment, the roundel logo is beautifully projected onto the floor. A great place to capture shadows.

I quite like the dramatic effect of some of the temporary advert wraps that take over a walkway or small area of a station. This black passageway certainly caught my eye and is part of TfL's campaign with Guinness Open Gate Brewery London.

I've been enjoying our wet weather recently. My favourite is when we have an all weather day, & go through all the weather types in the space of a few hours.

I especially like when there are plenty of puddles & it's now sunny. This was such a day!

So it officially puddle season in the UK, and I get so excited hunting for leaks especially in stations that are underground.

I couldn't resist capturing this reflection at Wapping London Overground station.

I'm a big fan of the moquette patterns that you can find on London Transport, especially underground trains.

I enjoy discovering clothing, accessories & even detailed tattoos using these iconic designs.

My favourite moquette pattern is probably the Victoria line. What is yours?

Hanwell station

Leaving Hanwell

Photo of an Elizabeth line train leaving Hanwell Station.

A short walk from here is the Wharncliffe Viaduct. The viaduct was built in 1836 and is a picturesque place to view trains zooming on their respective journeys. I'll see if I can find some photos of it!
