The USDA sent an email to grocery stores telling them they are prohibited from offering special discounts to customers affected by the SNAP funding lapse.
I'm aware of at least 2 stores that had offered struggling customers a discount, then withdrew it after receiving this email
Doc told me that because the pain wasn't coming in exactly the way he expected (and has never experienced) he didn't beleive it was a uti. I begged.
I get that we overproscribe antibiotics. But sometimes, we gotta fucking beleive people!
100% agree. I'm prone to UTIs. I am aware of this, have experienced many, and have other long term medical issues that will keep me prone to UTIs. Last time I had one I got lectured by the urgent care doc who almost refused to give me antibiotics even with visible blood in my urine.
