Following discussions with Red Bull, the FIA stewards have reduced Max Verstappen’s grid penalty.

Rather than a one place penalty - lower than the usual three - the penalty is reduced two-fifteenths of a grid place, rounded down to the nearest whole number.

- acknowledged car1 was trying to cool tyres
- acknowledged car63 had full visibility of car1
