#Accountability post for today. I got a ton more writing done which involved rewriting a chapter that had SIX (6) different scene cuts

So that’s getting broken up into 3 different chapters.

Typically speaking I write in chronological order, but may later rearrange the chapters so that certain chapters are grouped together for better flow

I try to make each chapter modular enough that reordering is smoother

I may write a later chapter if I’m experiencing burnout in the current segment

I had a character in Ember Wind that spontaneously disappeared from the story about halfway through. One of those “I forgot about him” because the character was a complete redundancy that added nothing
