They are threatening to take Medicare dollars away from hospitals for doing their jobs under EMTALA which requires hospitals to treat anyone on the ER. Immigrants, who make up ONLY 0.4% of those patients are being used as a way to punish Elderly Amerikans that rely on Medicare for hospital stays.
