There is no excuse.
Whatever "good intentions" MG co-founders may have in the future, their followers should have the right to know how irresponsible and derelict MG was with investor money in 2022-2023-2024-2025.
All these years platforms like Autoscout24 offered reliable indications of market value.
MG used vastly higher BV for its financial accounts.
When 2022 financials were finally published in September 2023, we took action. But it was too late.
Unfortunately, 2023 financials proved us right.
MG relocated from the posh "Spaces" @ Treublaan, Amsterdam, to suburban Weesp in March of this year.
2024 financials probably won't specify the fleet size in number of cars but revenue drop and book value will give an indication.

MG has not updated its website, even though 2023 financials showed turnover growing from β¬46M in 2022 to β¬49M in 2023.
I reported on partial liquidation of its fleet in early 2025 via auction houses.

Even as MG continues its occasion lease program, the fleet may have shrunk by about 1/4 since its peak at end of 2023.
Mark has not updated his LinkedIn profile, where he still claims a fleet size of 4'500 - 5'000 cars, yet.

I encourage you to find a MisterGreen bondholder, and ask them about what guided their investment decision.
I bet a lot were following Florian and Mark on social media.
I never saw them give any info about the financial state of MG there. They only talked about "growing the fleet".
Instead, they raised another β¬5.0M and bought more #Tesla cars, often with FSD.
They seemed to think that an FSD approval would allow them to mark up the book value of their fleet.
Binary bet: FSD will work and get approved, or it won't.
Sheer delusion, for which the bondholders now pay.
The bondholders will tell you that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
By the end of 2022, the co-founders, intimate as they were with #Tesla business practices, knew that it was time to deleverage.
A risk, explicitly mentioned in the bond prospect, had materialised.
The end of EV subsidies in Norway has created a strong pull-forward of demand.
That may explain the low level of inventory listings, as production was covered by orders out of NO.
#Tesla Norway will determine how 2025 Q4 ends in Europe.
Does not bode well for 2026.

More likely #Tesla needs cash for things more urgent than inventory.
If that is the case then #Tesla may have to forsake a typical end-of-quarter delivery spurt.

#Tesla is listing far less new car inventory than one year ago, especially for the Model Y.
Which could be good if they have improved logistics.

CPCA reported 13,555 units exported from Tesla's Shanghai plant in Nov.
Exports declined 25% in 2024, and are down an additional 10.5% YTD 2025.
China retail sales are faring better - down only 7.4% YTD.
A complaint against MG's auditor was filed in the Dutch chamber of auditors, but he was let off.
The plaintiff appealed the decision.
Meanwhile the 2023 financials proved the plaintiff right, and 2024 will only make that more clear.

Holders of MG debt issued in 2023 (β¬5.7M nom.) do stand a chance in court in my opinion:
#Tesla price cuts in late 2022 and early 2023 had pushed MG into deep insolvency.
MG management and auditor knew that but hid facts, delayed statements and "doubled down".

Nothing came of the "restructuring" or "talks with a serious financial partner" that MG mentioned in press and bondholder communications.
It was BS to win time and discourage efforts by individual retail bondholders to take it to court.

The other MG co-founder Mark Schreurs tried to switch to another grift, but none of his trade missions seem to have attracted paying members.
His website is still up, but there are no updates or related tweets anymore since last June.

But the tweets are seldomly about MG. Mostly about #Tesla, its FSD and robotaxis.
Seems logical, they should know better than me that MG is dead.

The number of occasion #Tesla cars offered by MG has stabilized to 20-40. MG manages to either sell off-lease cars in the used car market, or re-lease the same car.
Fleet size should be down significantly from the last figure of 4'500, but MG does not disclose fleet size.

But in general operations, including website updates, have been reduced to a strict minimum.
No news articles about its insolvency, no updates on fleet size.
