You won't hear Aaron in a Netflix special just yet, won't see him on stage filling a huge theater. He plays small rooms, he lives in Reno. But his insight into depression and trauma and trying to bring people relief through comedy is hugely valuable.

Aaron Foster had an abusive father, his brother with schizophrenia died by suicide, and he's been diagnosed with depression. He's owned two restaurants and had a successful 20-year art career. Now in his 50s, he's decided to be a full-time comedian. He's very funny.

This is a really interesting episode. In many ways, it's a lot like old episodes of The Hilarious World of Depression: an interview with a comedian with depression and during the interview the voice of that depression pipes up, trying to tear the guy down. It's like interviewing two people.
