The GenAI is primarily in terms of covers, because a cover is 100% necessary these days for books & royal road; and character art for RP Chatbots, because I'm not just gonna go fuckin steal someone's art and make a bot out of it.

Got to the point where i was feeding a family of 4 for a year on rice and hot dogs ffs. You really learn how to jazz basic food up like that.

Throw that stew over rice (~0.50/lb), and it stretches much, much further.

Canned "Luncheon Meat"(Spam) might be a little much depending on your budget, but it makes for a great pork replacement for stir fry rice.

Use the chkn leg meat with black beans & cheese as a taco/burrito filling.

-sive, but 2 or 3 cans of veggies, brown gravy, 1 - 2 lbs of hamburger, and some basic seasonings can feed a family of 3 two to three times depending on portion size. Iirc my wife and I worked it out to about 1.50 per person per meal, but it requires bulk buying ground beef (30~$ 10lb log).
