I think Gwen, Hiro and Bea are long term friends, but Miles and Sloane will occasionally make short term connections. Miles especially would be prone to befriending like-minded humans at shows/events etc if he had the opportunity to go out in the human world more

like it's obviously planed out to film a whole season, you have Langdon's actor talking about making sure he doesnt tan while filming. But based on the narrative they're telling, it's almost like stage play that happens to be done over the course of a normal tv season production.

I really appreciate the behind the scenes clips after each ep of The Pitt. I love hearing about the choreography between main and side actors vs time of day, things happening in the bg for patient stories progressing even tho we might be focused on an emergency surgery.
