This month I’ve improved a lot on two routines:
-read 6 books
-worked out between 3-5 times per week

Really proud to be setting g myself up well this January, hoping I can maintain through February

But I fear it is better to have loved and lost (my baked goods) than to never have loved (my babka) at all

Alex from our time working together, while he was in nursing school. Later, he moved to ICU, working as a nurse to support critically ill Veterans. He had such a great attitude. We’d chat between patients about trying to get in a mountain bike ride together. Will never happen now
