lol so valid. Just figured I’d ask. I got on an SSRI the first time and everyone was all “take it with lunch!” And then I’d be so tired and nauseous after and it took so long for me to connect the dots 😂 same with my allergy meds 💀💀💀

Very very cold water. A short walk. Also probably visit a doctor cause being tired all the time was a symptom of with larger for me and I kept brushing it off lol.
