If you want to improve cooperation, practice connection (eye contact,touch,playful situation, & prescence)

If you want to be less defensive, practice QTIP (Quit Taking it Personally)

If you want to improve in all these areas, learn about the brain 🧠

If you react with your emotions,practice slowing the moment down & seeing it differently

If you yell a lot and want to yell less,practice communicating assertively

If you want to improve your ability to be empathetic,practice acceptance

Breathe in through your nose 👃 , filling your belly with air. Then, slowly breathe out your mouth 👄.

REMEMBER! Make sure that your exhale is longer than your inhale and make sure your belly is expanding when you’re filling it up with air.

If I told you that you could reduce stress, increase your energy, improve concentration,
strengthen your immune system and reduce pain by breathing, would you practice doing it correctly so that you can get those benefits?
