This pretty little guy rides around on fire urchins, which are venomous to us. But the crab nibbles its tube feet! Its body shape and colors both match and contrast with the urchin.

Green-banded broodsacs are parasitic worms infect snails. The worm grows through the snails body, inserting tentacles into the snails eye stalks, and pulsing those tentacles like lures. Birds see these tentacles, consume the snails and complete the parasites life cycle

I and a prominent arachnologist are attempting to save a wildlife preserve here in FL from being bulldozed by making it the type locality for at least one extremely rare jumping spider species which loves it there. It's small, but it's a good thing. Also the species is fabulous:

Chonky little caterpillar; green, puffy like a quilt, and with little orange nodes in several rows the length of its body. The first 3rd of its body is back-lit and glowing, as it rests under an oak leaf.
