I can just press record if I want to record something NOW. But if I want to record something on later? I have to follow a process similar to the way you used to do it on a video recorder about 30 years ago. Go into a menu, manually input channel, date & time etc. Why can’t I just go to the

2) Having problems accessing the tv guide on my slightly ancient dvd recorder. Which means I can’t see programmes I might want to record. Never fear! I can record on my swanky modern tv that I bought last year. Am expecting it to be as easy as doing it with my dvd recorder. But oh no

I’m really struggling with technology today. 1) I lost my bus pass at the weekend & decided now was the time to try buying a ticket via my phone. I can’t remember my password so asked the app to send me a code to reset. This was at least half hour ago & still no code despite clicking resend 🤬
