I had entire CDs filled with .swf files of Happy Tree Friends, Camp Chaos, Foamy the Sciurine Pizza Cutter, and sooooo many games. And then Adobe decided, nah, fuck it, none of that needs to work anymore.

Granted, not all maillard reactions are good. Roasted garlic is amazing, but you have to know when to stop, because overcooked garlic is kinda terrible. And if you do barbecue, you learn very quickly that mustard can be really good, but mustard plus grill marks equals culinary felony.

I'm sure you already know the term "maillard reaction," and if you don't? You still do, even if you don't. You might just not know there's a technical term for it.

I always reheat pizza, because I'm not a barbarian.

Usually in the microwave, because it's quick. I saw a couple of guys on YouTube reheat pizza in a covered pan with a little steam, and they swear it works better. Must try that one of these days...

What can I say? As a kid, I lived with parents who tried to have us all live and eat cheaply.

As a young man, I was doing drugs and only sometimes remembering to eat.

As an older man, I eat red meat and veggies, and might look at a pop-tart... only to think, "nah, I like having abs."

This is me with pizza the day after.
