Would you work for a company like that? Would you call that good management?

(1/6) Imagine working for a company where the CEO fights the board — and shuts down the business over it.

Now you don’t know when you’ll get your next paycheck.

The President of the United States just got two important and recommended vaccines — but is trying to prevent us from getting them at our local pharmacies.

This isn't a question federal workers should have to ask! Republicans in Congress are refusing to do their jobs and our public servants are paying the price - with their first missed paycheck today.

Republican leadership in Congress sent the House home for the rest of the month despite the looming government shutdown. Tom Kean Jr. didn’t protest - he’d rather go home than work to keep the government open and ensure people can continue to receive a paycheck and critical services.

H-1B visas are good for American innovation and our economy. Our government should be focused on clearing the visa backlog, not making our system pay to play.

I joined @314action.bsky.social & fellow docs to talk about the danger of RFK Jr. and the current ACIP.

ACIP already recommended - years ago - a childhood vax for MMR & chicken pox. Why is this even coming up for debate again? The science is settled: the MMRV is safe and effective for kids.

Tom Kean Jr. just fell in line with GOP leadership - refusing to extend Affordable Care Act tax credits. That’ll make healthcare more expensive for NJ families. As a doctor, I know these costs are measured in lives. We deserve better.

A note of hope: over the weekend I attended an event for the Ritesh Shah Charitable Pharmacy, located in Monmouth county, NJ. This is NJ’s first charitable pharmacy— and since its launch about 3 years ago- the team has dispensed over $2M in medications, all over the state.

Congrats to Noah Wyle and The Pitt on their wins last night!

I’m glad doctors & nurses are getting the recognition we deserve — now let’s pass policies to support healthcare workers.

I support Union County Dems at the ballot box and beyond! Wednesday night’s event was energizing — it’s always great to see how hard UCDC is working for our communities.

24 years later, we remember those who died on September 11, 2001. We also honor the brave responders who ran toward disaster instead of away, and those who are still today grappling with grief and health effects.

Political violence has no place in our country and I condemn it regardless of party or political stance. My thoughts are with the Kirk family.

RFK Jr. doesn’t understand science. He’s hurting American lives and I won’t stand for it.

This isn’t politics. It’s public health.

When I was little, I'd fall asleep at the end of the day full from home cooked meals. Every kid deserves to be this carefree, not wondering where their next meal will come from. In Congress, I’ll fight to restore SNAP funding, which Kean Jr. just voted to cut.

Without unions, we wouldn't have weekends, child labor laws, bargaining power, or today off! I'm proud to support labor and grateful for the work they've done for all of us.
