Today, I join the rest of our country in mourning the passing of civil rights leader Rev. Jesse Jackson. He fought for an America that guarantees equality and justice for all and inspired countless individuals across the country to do the same.

This is real. Tom Kean Jr. voted for the SAVE Act, a bill which will make it harder to vote if you changed your name. Especially if you’re a woman or POC. We can’t stay quiet.
