Yes it’s a reminder of how fragile our houses are and how awful it must have been wondering if your house would be standing the next night. Right now though, I can’t plonk a swing ball pole into my stupid thin lawn.

Not sure what your area is like but I’m an end of victorian terrace. Next door is a 50’s or 60’s build and my garden is SO shallow. I realised that the house that used to be next door was bombed in the war and a load of it is probably under my garden. Always finding glass and bits of brick etc…
