Text: What is the Trans Rights Readathon? The Trans Rights Readathon is an annual decentralized call to action for readers and book lovers in support of Trans Day of Visibility (TDOV) on March 31st.

Text: The TRR isn't just reading, it's action! The Trans Rights Readathon encourages readers to seek out works by and/or about trans, nonbinary, 2Spirit, and gender non-conforming authors and characters along with taking action on the mutual, local, and national level. We have three core goals: Uplift. Amplify. Support.

The 2025 Trans Rights Readathon starts on March 21st and runs through the 31st. The goal of this event is to Uplift, Amplify, and Support trans authors, trans stories, and trans communities. 🏳️‍⚧️💙💗🤍

I saw Urinetown the musical in NYC this weekend and it's the exact right time for everyone to see this show.

It's one of my all time favorites, and while it's got a silly title it's fun, and smart, and it made me cry this go around so it hits hard right now

Very good advice to find after a day of doomscrolling

8 skeins of april showers on various bases. The first, tencel is deeper and shiner than the other seven. Bamboo linen is slightly lighter but still deeper than the rest. Pima is the softest with the most subtle variegation. Cotton bamboo is similar in softness but with higher contrast. Organic cotton and skein 7 - soft pima sport - are both very similar, subtle and soft. Skein 6 is Cotton/Linen and is deeper and moodier than the other skeins due to it's tan starting color. The final skein is Vegan Sock, it's shorter and lower contrast than the other, but darker than pima

8 skeins of blue and purple yarn. The first skein, tencel, is deeper and higher contrast, the next bamboo linen is more muted with dustier tones. The third skein, pima cotton is slightly deeper than the remaining skeins, with a bit of a shine. The 4th, cotton bamboo leans slightly warmer, the 5th, organic cotton is subtle and more low variegation. The 6th, organic cotton/linen has slightly shifted tone similar to bamboo/linen - dustier and moodier. The 7th skein, soft pima sport, is the same as the previous image, and the final skein is vegan sock, shorter than the rest and a bit darker

2 years ago I kept sharing first bloom with a hot pink partner and I think that pink distracted from the star of the show. But now it's back, this slight reformulation is In Bloom - it's a low contrast, almost mermaid variegated of purples and blues available on all my cotton bases!
