Freehand circumcision, on the other hand, is actually the only method that leaves every freedom and allows any result. Of course, it is also more interesting for the doctor and can be billed according to the increased effort involved.

Not really cynical, but rather logically understandable. A general anaesthetic for a circumcision (apart from a few exceptions) is an unnecessary strain on the body and a completely unnecessary risk. In my view, a reason to change doctors.

In fact, it seems to be increasingly available and used. A very simple and quick process.
