Today's Vegan creation is a Philly cheese steak made from leftover Italian beef seasoned Tofu Skin! Dangerously overstuffed and not rolled nearly tight enough this was utterly phenomenal. Tofu Skin is definitely going to become a staple in my pantry at this rate :3
